So, just a typical Monday night. I thought I would give you all a glimpse into the lives of Jeffrey and Lili...
8:00- I wake up to my alarm, push snooze.
8:10- I push snooze about 4 more times
8:40- I roll out of bed, wash my face tighten my messy pony tail from my tossing in the night, and brush on a little mascara, put on which ever pants are closest, grab on of Jeff's jackets and head off to work. Jeff is still sleeping.
9:05- Arrive at work, and graphic design while discussing the latest TV show or current event with Chalene, Betty, Eliza, Victor or Rick. Jeff usually will be getting up and prioritizing his morning chores. I usually text him to do something like pay a bill or wash a dish, to which he never complains about.
10-12- I am still graphically designing. Jeff is doing homework, or studying up on his photoshop skills. We usually text all morning to pass the time. I will get super frustrated because a customer made some RIDICULOUS change to an ad that I worked so hard on, complaining about the certain placement of a word, or color which doesn't even make a difference. I will complain to a captive audience about how people should just trust the professionals who are getting paid to design their ad, and if they think they can do any better, they should just design it themselves. Everyone calms me down, and we have a good laugh, and I feel better about my life choice to be a graphic designer.
12:15- I head home to eat some left overs or something, and take a break out from the glamorous life of a phone book artist. We usually discuss the goings on at work, like the most recent drug bust that took place in the apartment above the office, or the 7 girls who came in embarrassingly giving us T.M.I and asking if we were planned parenthood. I usually stay barely longer than my allotted time, but I try to make it back in time usually. We check the mail and find another bill for about $5,000, and set it in our mountain of medical bills.
1-5- I am working again, surfing the internet for the most interesting photoshop tutorials and tips to make my ads super fantastic. Sometimes we will be surprised with lunch from Steak Out or Pizza Factory. Yum! Jeff will finish up his homework and head up to campus, texting and calling me all along the way.
5- We finally get home. Well, Jeff usually gets home at around 5:30ish on some days, or 7:00 on Wednesdays, or earlier on other days. But in any case, we are happy to be back togetha. We then make some delicious food (such as P-Roni with a side salad and avacado, or cook up some of the pork products generously given to us by the management at Legacy Directories aka Jerry raised pigs and then took them to the butcher leaving them with more meat than they knew what to do with).
6-8 We will basically sit around on our computers, playing with photoshop, discovering new, wonderful internet games, educating ourselves on current events, doing homework, sorting through our to-dos, paying more bills, etc. After a while we get bored of that, so we will clean the place up, or something. Sometimes I will curl my hair or put on some make up to show that I still do care about the way I look, and to prove to Jeff that he didn't just marry a ratty haired-plain faced girl. He of course will deny my claims, and say I look just fine. Which is why he is the best. But even still, I like to cutesy up every now and then. We try to get to the gym as often as possible. Usually Thursdays are our set days that we never miss, because of the Office and Survivor!
9-11 We get ready for bed (I like to shower at the night times because my hair is too long to blow dry these days, and it takes MUCH to long. I mean, it is down to my behindus!) and we climb in bed and pop in a DVD of one of our favorite TV shows: Simpsons, Futurama, Lost, Flight of the Conchords, MXC, The Office, etc. Usually Jeff falls asleep long before I do, and wakes up just to say funny things in his sleep, which makes it all worth it to stay up so long.
And so, there you have it. In case you were wondering what it was like to be a newly wed, there it is. Just as glam-o as you all were thinking. Though, this is a very routine day. Sometimes we like to mix it up with a night at the dollar theater, a red box movie, a dining run, movies or games with the family, both Ribeiras and Grahams, have web camming times with family out of town, making cookies, game/dinner nights with the Cranes, Woodburys, Stadlemans, Wheelers, or any other awesome people, Lost nights with Lacie, Leeland, Britney, Drew, and Julie (in spirit), temple nights, or fun shopping trips. There is always lots to do, and we have thus far enjoyed our marriage license. We are coming up on our one year, and look forward to, well, the rest of the years to come. Hooray for love.

I DID always wonder what you did every hour of every day. Thank for setting my curiosity at ease. You should've added that you used to have to add physical therapy to that mix of events.
You guys are fun.
OH the nights at the dollar theater that Jake and I had in the newlyweddish days. This took me back. Fun times.
Yay, I am so glad I know what you are doing at all times of the day now. :D Also that you mentioned me and Leland and the LOST crew, after all, it is the most important time of the week!
